Group Discounts

Additional Registration Details 

Each registration includes all conference sessions, posters and exhibits, luncheons, receptions, continental breakfasts, all refreshment breaks, and electronic access to the conference proceedings. Handicapped Equal Access: In accordance with the ADA, Cambridge EnerTech is pleased to arrange special accommodations for attendees with special needs. All requests for such assistance must be submitted in writing to CET at least 30 days prior to the start of the meeting.

Substitution/Cancellation Policy 

In the event that you need to cancel a registration, you may:

Transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization
Transfer your registration to another Cambridge EnerTech program
Request a refund minus a $100 processing fee per conference
Request a refund minus the cost of ordering the documentation CD

NOTE:Cancellations will only be accepted up to two weeks prior to the conference.
Special discounts do not apply to pre-registered attendees.  Program and speakers are subject to change. Efforts will be made to notify participants in the event of cancellations and/or schedule changes. CET will not be responsible for any costs incurred, including airfare (or penalties) and hotel, as a result of a cancellation, instructor, or date and time change.
